As soon as soil can be worked, plant thinly 1/2" deep, in rows 12" apart. Allow 6 days for germination. Thin to 4" apart. Does best in cool weather. Plant every 2 weeks for a continuous supply. A packet contains approximately 400 seeds, unless otherwise stated.

Fall Culture: Sow seeds in mid-summer for fall and winter use. Plant thinly 1/2" deep, in rows 12" apart. Allow 6 days for germination. Thin to 4" apart. After harvesting, store in moist sand in cellar or cool location.
