Bush Shell

Well-known as a powerhouse of nutrition, beans can also be a foundation for imaginative dishes. Abundant with soluble fiber, they combine well with grains. They are virtually fat-free, have no cholesterol and are a source of vitamins. Their mild flavor makes them perfect partners with spices and herbs.

Harvest shell beans when seeds are fully formed in the pod, but pods are still soft and green. Dry bean pods should be allowed to dry down until brown and brittle.

Seeds sold are intended for planting and not consumption. Color may vary depending on maturity.
