Peppers

Seed germinates best in warm soil (75° to 85°F). Start indoors in flats 8-10 weeks prior to last frost date. Plant seed 1/2" deep, 1" apart in flats when starting. Allow 2-4 weeks for germination. Transplant when plants have at least 3 sets of true leaves. Transplant into the garden when night temperatures are consistently over 50°F. Space plants 2' apart in rows 3' apart. Maturity dates are from the time of transplanting.
