Broccoli, Jacaranda Hybrid 

Excellent flavor and novel color. The result of a cross between broccoli and cauliflower, large 8 to 10 inch heads are light green flushed with royal purple. The complex, broccoli-like flavor is excellent for eating fresh, steamed or sautéed, although the florets lose their purple color when cooked. Develops its best purple color in cooler temperatures. Recommended for spring planting.
