"The King of Stews". One of the best Lingot-type beans with good preservation after cooking. The bushy plant, with an upright habit, produces yellowish-green, 8" long pods with pure-white, oval seeds. Coming from France where flavor is a must, the cooked beans are creamy and plump, making delectable stews.
