50 Days. This excellent mid-early broccoli produces large, solid heads with tight buds and uniform size. It also produces an abundance of side shoots when the main head has been cut off so it extends the harvest season. Its tender shoots are mild enough to use raw on vegetable trays and is extremely good fresh or frozen.
