Petite, versatile, early and super tasty. Pointed heads are similar to our 'Fiderkraut', but much smaller, averaging only 1 1/2 to 2 pounds each - perfect if you don't want a lot of leftovers. The dark green leaves have a wonderful crisp texture and a flavor that is sweeter than round cabbage. Great for coleslaw, fresh salads, sandwich toppings and more. Stores for up to 10 weeks.
