Ground Cherry, Aunt Molly's
#V02351
70 Day. A member of the tomato family, but with delicious strawberry-like flavor. Plants grow 18" tall and bear loads of golden-yellow, 1/2-3/4" fruits encased in papery husks. Fruits drop off the plant when ripe. Great for pies, jams, jellies, preserves and fresh eating. Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost.
