A heavy, reliable producer. This all male hybrid is the most winter hardy of the Jersey series, due in part to its impressive disease resistance. The large, succulent, 7-9" spears have purple bracts, fresh flavor and are widely adapted to the cool climates of the north. Among the most popular with home gardeners, it's dependable production also make it a favorite for fresh market producers. Zones 3-8.
