A very easy-to-grow porcelain-type hard-neck garlic producing large bulbs. Thick, papery-white outer wrappers encase 6 to 8 large, fat, elongated cloves. Full-bodied spicy flavor makes it superb for roasting. Easy to peel. Winter hardy and stores well.
